The first step to a healthy lifestyle is make sure to consume healthy foods and avoid all the junk foods.
Eating healthy also means, we must not skip our daily meals. We should eat at least have 3 meals a day which is breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, this is because, we need energy in order for us to do our daily routines and energy enough for us to survive the day.

This is an example of a complete english breakfast. What we have on the menu is, some sausages, eggs, corn, red beans and toast along with a hot cup of tea.

Since we are living in Malaysia, a classic nasi lemak is always a go to breakfasf choice 😋
If we already ate plenty during breakfast, we can have light snacks for lunch such as fruits or a bowl of salad just to keep us going for the rest of the day.

For dinner, it is advisable not to eat 3 hours before bed time. This is because, the body’s metabolism will become slow as our systems need to rest when we sleep. By consuming foods before bed, especially foods high in carbs will make it harder to digest and later results in weight gain.
