Having a positive mind can ensure a positive and healthy life.

When you have a positive mind, you can lower the risk of anxiety and depression which can later lead to stress. Having a negative mind can make our body weak.

4. Getting enough sleep

It is important to have a good sleeping schedule. This is to ensure our body have enough energy to start the next day. If we do not get enough rest or sleep, we will become tired and wasted during the day. We might faint or collapsed out of tiredness.

3. Drink water

Up to 60% of our body is water. Therefore, we must make sure to drink at least 8 glasses of water which is also equal to 2L per day. By drinking this amount of water, we can prevent our body from dehydrating. Besides that we can make sure the in and out of water from our body is stable.

2. Exercise

Other than eating healthy, we should exercise regularly. For example, go for a walk at the park or maybe do simple exercise like, burpees and jumping jacks.

By exercising, we can remove unwanted fats in our body. Also sweating after doing some exercises helps our body to cool down and prevent the body from overheating.
